Duncan joins Quintessential with over three decades of experience. His background spans sales management, operational efficiency, and supplier development. Most recently, Duncan served as the EVP and general manager for Republic National Distributing Company in Hawaii. In his new position, Duncan will play a key role in Quintessential’s upcoming portfolio expansion aimed at better serving partners across California.
