Tasting Notes

Tropical Passion Fruit Moscato is bright and refreshing with excellent structure. The aromas of tropical fruit flow through to the palate for a harmonious finish.

Vineyards

The Moscato grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Santo Stefano Belbo villages, at 200 to 300 feet above sea level.

Winemaking

Vinification is via autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.5% alcohol. Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for ten days, after which time it is blended with the all-natural real Brazilian passion fruit and then bottled.
