Reserva Pinot Noir
The Terra Pura illustration on the label seeks to convey the importance of maintaining the ecosystem in which humans, plants and animals coexist. The trumpets/speakers at the apex of the illustration represent the importance of listening to what nature has to tell us.
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry red in color, with intense aromas of cherries, blueberries, and a touch of black pepper. The palate is smooth and silky with good structure and a long, pleasing finish.
Vineyards
The grapes for this single-vineyard wine come from the coast of Itata Valley.
Winemaking
Hand-picked at the end of March, the grapes are crushed, and undergo five days of cold maceration (10°C). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days at controlled temperatures (26°C). The wine was then aged for 6 months in contact with French oak.
