In the glass, you will immediately find notes of red plum and cranberry, paired with hints of vanilla lingering in the background. The French oak used for aging shines on the palate, with a burst of pomegranate swiftly transitioning to supple spice and tannin structure.

Samuel Charles strives to make a Cabernet Sauvignon that speaks to the region of Paso Robles. Pulling from vineyards in some of Paso’s most prestigious sub AVAs, we believe this blend is a true homage to Paso Robles Cabernet. The beautiful soils and diurnal temperature swings in Paso allow for bright natural acid to express itself on the palate, alongside aromas of wet stone and ripe red fruits.
