Oasis Sur Cabernet Sauvignon
Bodegas Bianchi, one of the oldest family-owned wineries in Argentina, was established in 1928, and has been making wines in San Rafael for four generations. With intimate knowledge of the soil composition of their Estate vineyards, Bianchi’s winemakers can differentiate the diverse microclimates in the southern “oasis” of San Rafael, and determine the vineyards that will offer the best expression for this wine.
Tasting Notes
Bianchi Oasis Sur Cabernet Sauvignon has a great intense color with fresh and complex aromas that offer spice and floral notes. There is also red pepper, red fruit leaves, ripe fruit, stewed figs, paprika and roasted coffee. On the palate, it is initially sweet, with a full mouth-feel. It has a medium structure, with gentle and ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a remarkable persistence. This is a fresh, elegant and easy to drink wine made with significant quality.
