Tasting Notes
Shiny, pale-gold color in the glass. There is remarkable finesse and elegance, with aromas of white flowers, acacia honey, honeysuckle and white fruits. The palate is rich, ample and delicious with a hazelnut finish.
Vineyards
The grapes come from Southeast-facing vineyards that are over 20 years old.
Winemaking
After a careful selection of grapes from small parcels in the region, they are pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation on the lees in stainless-steel vats. 100% Malolactic Fermentation. 10% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 8 months.
