n the southern mountains of Mendoza, where all species coexist in harmony, lives the goat. This goat inspired the label and is intended to represent Bodegas Bianchi’s commitment to the environment. From natural soils, healthy vineyards and thriving biodiversity, comes this Malbec that speaks to the region’s unique terroir.
Tasting Notes
The nose is defined by fresh and fruity aromas of ripe plums and blackberries. Its tannins are soft and round, with balanced acidity and red fruit notes. The finish is delicate and harmonious.
Vineyards
Made with organic grapes. The grapes for this Malbec were sourced from Bodegas Bianchi’s Finca Doña Elsa and Finca Asti vineyards, both of which are 30-year-old estate vines. The soils are of alluvial origin with a loamy, sandy texture and medium-sized boulder layers which impart a mineral character.
