Vintage Notes
The 2024 growing season was marked by challenging conditions including spring rains and hailstorms. Though demanding, the vintage will be known for wines that exhibit vibrant fruitiness, balanced acidity and excellent character, this Vin de Pays Rosé included.
Winemaking
After harvesting, the grapes were pressed with limited skin contact to maintain the light color. The wine was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel to maintain a smooth fermentation process.
