Winemaker Notes
100% ESTATE GROWN FRUIT

Estate vineyard, located in Las Barrancas, Maipu. Considered one of the best grape-growing regions in Mendoza, it is well-known for its climate and stony soil. Hand-harvested grapes undergo cold maceration for 48 hours before fermentation takes place. The wine undergoes maceration in stainless-steel tanks for 15 to 20 days. In order to develop the wine’s structure, 40% of this wine is matured in American oak barrels for twelve months.
