The grapes for L10 Premium Malbec come from 3 different terroirs: Agrelo (Lujan de Cuyo), Uco Valley, and from 3 different vineyards in San Rafael (Finca Dona Elsa, Finca Asti and Finca Costanza). The different soils and different micro-climates lead to complex aromas and flavors. The grapes were hand- picked. Twenty percent of the wine spent 8 months in French oak. The remaining 80% was left in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 8 months.
Ideal to serve with a large variety of foods, especially with meats and hard cheeses.
