Rosé Bubbles
Revelation is rooted in three generations of strong, confident women steeped in vineyards, wine, and grape growing. A female force has impacted this wine at every step of the process, from the vineyards and cellar to the design, marketing, and sales.
The artwork on Revelation’s label was painted by Washington artist Katie Small. Katie’s painting, titled “Lolita”, stands as a reminder that style and strength are more than just this season’s fashion, they come from within.
Tasting Notes
Our Revelation Rosé Bubbles has a playful and enticing array of summer fruit aromas featuring watermelon, strawberry, and honeydew melon. These notes are amplified on the palate, showing bright, full-volume flavors of watermelon and raspberry beautifully melded with pithy lemon citrus notes, adding a zesty complexity and fruity richness. The effervescence enhances the juiciness, creating a lively and engaging mouthfeel that is both refreshing and thirst-quenching. Minerality is woven throughout, lending a clean, crisp edge that complements the wine’s natural juiciness into a round and lively finish.
Vineyards
The Revelation Rosé Bubbles was made from Syrah grown on the east side of the estate and harvested early in the 2023 vintage to preserve lively fresh red berry aromas and flavors in the wine.
Winemaking
The grapes were whole cluster pressed early in the morning to limit phenolic extraction and then fermented cool with yeast selected to enhance freshness, spiciness, and clean pretty aromatic intensity. The blended wine aged for six months on lees before filtration and bottling.
