Tasting Notes
The color is very pale pink and the bubbles are lively. On the nose, there are elegant aromas of red fruit such as cherries, strawberries and blackberries. The palate is intense and fresh with hints of strawberry and raspberry. The wine has a fresh and lingering finish.
Vineyards
The grapes are harvested by both hand and machine from the winery’s oldest vineyards. The juice undergoes two fermentations – the first in stainless steel tanks and the second in the bottle using the Traditional Method. It is aged an average of 12 months on lees.
