In the southern mountains of Mendoza, where all species coexist in harmony, lives the goat. This goat inspired the label and is intended to represent Bodegas Bianchi’s commitment to the environment. From natural soils, healthy vineyards and thriving biodiversity, comes this Cabernet Sauvignon that speaks to the region’s unique terroir.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and intense aromas of bright red fruit stand out along aromas of warm spices. Notes of fig and berries, together with round tannins mark the unctuous palate. The juicy fruit flavors carry on to the finish.
Vineyards
Made with organic grapes. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon were sourced from Bodegas Bianchi’s Finca Doña Elsa and Finca Asti vineyards, both of which are 30-year-old estate vines. The soils are of alluvial origin with a sandy texture and medium-sized boulder layers which impart a mineral character.
