Rosé
Revelation is rooted in three generations of strong, confident women steeped in vineyards, wine, and grape growing. A female force has impacted this wine at every step of the process, from the vineyards and cellar to the design, marketing, and sales.
The artwork on Revelation’s label was painted by Washington artist Katie Small. Katie’s painting, titled “Lolita”, stands as a reminder that style and strength are more than just this season’s fashion, they come from within.
Tasting Notes
The 2023 Revelation Rosé dazzles with vibrant aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, and watermelon with notes of tangy citrus peel and slate. The palate is electrifying, bold, and tantalizingly racy. Juicy succulent fruits are underscored with invigorating minerality and a zesty freshness that sparkles on the tongue.
Winemaking
This Rose was produced from a carefully assembled blend of Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. All the grapes were harvested early in the vintage to preserve freshness and handled as delicate aromatic white wines: whole cluster pressed upon receipt at the winery and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks. Yeast was selected to accentuate aromatic development and a supple, juicy texture on the palate. The completed blend aged on lees for two months before bottling.
