Bubbles
Revelation is rooted in three generations of strong, confident women steeped in vineyards, wine, and grape growing. A female force has impacted this wine at every step of the process, from the vineyards and cellar to the design, marketing, and sales.
The artwork on Revelation’s label was painted by Washington artist Katie Small. Katie’s painting, titled “Lolita”, stands as a reminder that style and strength are more than just this season’s fashion, they come from within.
Tasting Notes
Our Revelation Bubbles is brilliant and refreshing showing vibrant enticing aromas of lemon and nectarine beautifully complemented by a subtle mineral essence. The palate seamlessly weaves flavors of juicy, ripe, and wild citrus and stone fruits with a piercing minerality. Subtle notes of freshly baked brioche and sourdough, adding depth and richness to the lively effervescence. The texture is crisp, enhancing the refreshing and focused nature of the wine. The finish continues this theme, leaving a clean and sharp impression that invites another taste.
Winemaking
The Revelation Bubbles was made from Chardonnay harvested early in the 2023 vintage to preserve piercing fresh aromas and flavors in the wine. The grapes were whole cluster pressed early in the morning to limit phenolic extraction and then fermented cool with yeast selected to enhance clean pretty aromatic intensity. The blended wine aged for six months on lees before filtration and bottling.
