Tasting Notes
A very seductive cuvée with an intensely fruity, fresh and aromatic expression: white fruits and citrus fruits. A lot of charm and roundness, the mouth adopts the same register, toned up in the end by a touch of freshness.
Vineyards
The grapes come from vineyards that are over 20 years old.
Winemaking
After a careful selection of grapes from small parcels in the region, they are pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats. 100% Malolactic Fermentation.
