Ruby-red in color, with both fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth.

Winemaker Notes
The soil is clay/calcareous. The vineyards are 328 – 656 feet (100 – 200 meters) above sea level. Guyot training system. Vinification without skins. 5 days of fermentation in steel tanks at a low temperature of 59 F (15 C). Real frozen blueberry pulp is then added for a contact period of 24 hours.

Serving Hints
Suggested serving temperature of 46.4 F (8 C). Ideal as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with fruits, aged cheeses or desserts such as hazelnut cake.
