Overview

The 2016 Beaujolais Nouveau displays a shimmering carmine color. Fresh aromas of red and black fruits, strawberry marmalade with hints of peach come through on the nose. It is fresh, fruity and flavorful on the palate. Delicious finish. Best served slightly chilled.

Harvesting: Manual only, whole bunches de‐stemmed. Temperature of Fermentation: 77°F to 83°F during maceration. Lengthy of Maceration: Short, 4 to 6 days.
