The annual “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Champagne” wine tasting event at the Birch Road wine club in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. This event showcases excellent sparkling wine from around the world that is not Champagne. A great opportunity for members to taste sparkling wine that is just as good (if not better) than Champagne. I will be showcasing Toso Brut, Paringa Sparkling Shiraz, and Gustave Lorentz Brut and Rose.
