This is a new label for Henry’s Drive. In 1863, the outlaw John Montford robbed the mail coach a few miles from Padthaway. Making off with over 75 Australian pounds, Montford’s brazen act scandalized the local population. On arrest, the brown handkerchief with eye-holes cut into it was found in his saddlebags, providing the evidence needed for his conviction. He graces the new label, brown handkerchief and all.
