The grapes come various wine regions throughout Germany, primarily from the Rheinhessen and Pfalz. After pressing, the juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with cold fermentation taking place and one week of skin contact after fermentation, to give it a deep red color.
Served chilled, this Sweet Red wine is an excellent choice for spicy foods, Asian dishes and full-flavored cheeses.
