Was she a world-famous airplane stunt pilot? Was he a creation of Hollywood, the ‘sidekick’ to a celluloid cowboy of the Old West? Was he an acclaimed Spanish winemaker hiding his love of Sangria behind an innocuous nickname? No matter what Pancho’s roots, we’re just glad he is making his Sangria. This wine works well with nothing more than some ice and a fruit garnish.
