A Certified Sommelier, French Wine Scholar, Certified Specialist of Wine and an educator at the American Wine School, Tony will talk us through the 5 fine wines from Quintessential’s portfolio of family owned wineries from around the world. Chef Oakley is in the process of pairing all the amazing flavors and textures of Spring with the wines for each course including: Reception Hors d’oeuvres, Hungary’s Count Karolyi Gruner Veltliner; First Course, Simonsig Chenin Blanc from South Africa; Second Course, Portugal’s Vallada Douro Rouge; Third Course, Spain’s Muriel Rioja Reserva; and, Dessert Course, Vallado 10-year Tawny port from Portugal.
